Want to change driving schools? We'll help you continue your theory and practical training in a way that makes sense for you.
Whether you have just started theory lessons, already taken driving lessons or are approaching your test, switching to EkoDrive is generally possible during training. Your documented training allows what you have already completed to be taken into account.
Ask your previous driving school for an Ausbildungsnachweis (training record) covering all completed theory units, standard driving lessons and special driving lessons. When you change schools, your previous school must confirm the training you have completed.
Tell us your licence category and current training stage. We'll review your record and discuss how you can continue your theory and practical training.
The change must be recorded in your application with the relevant driver licensing authority. We'll explain which notification or amendment is needed in your case.
As a rule, you do not have to repeat completed training simply because you change schools. Your training record, actual knowledge and the legal training requirements determine what is needed. Further driving lessons may be necessary before you are ready for the test.
It would be misleading to guarantee acceptance of every individual training component, a specific amount of remaining training or a fixed final price. We'll discuss your situation personally.
