Together with my wife Alexandra, I run EkoDrive as a family-owned driving school in Winnenden. We believe in patience, honest communication and training that follows your progress, rather than a rigid formula.

All 61 questions & answers ↗Can I start theory lessons at any time?
Yes. Our theory lessons take place in Winnenden on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 19:00 to 20:30. You can join at any time.
Can I also study for the test at home?
Yes. Our optional theory learning app, available separately, lets you practise flexibly and at your own pace. It does not replace the required theory lessons.
How does online pre-registration work?
Use our non-binding online pre-registration form. Afterwards, you can sign your contract over a relaxed cup of coffee at our office.
When are the additional motorcycle theory lessons?
We arrange additional motorcycle theory lessons for categories A1, A2 and A individually, usually on Saturdays.
How much will my driving licence cost at EkoDrive?
With our interactive price calculator, you can select your category and enter an assumed number of practice lessons. TÜV and district authority fees are charged separately.
Can I change driving schools during my training?
Yes, in principle. Please bring a training record from your previous driving school. We will also explain the change needed in your driving licence application process. More about changing driving schools.
Can I also come from Stuttgart or Kornwestheim?
Of course! We welcome learners from the Rems-Murr district and surrounding areas, including Winnenden, Schwaikheim, Leutenbach, Waiblingen, Fellbach, Backnang, Kornwestheim, Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen and Stuttgart-Zazenhausen.
